Picture Proper Portion Sizes

Sizing up a single serving of our favorite foods may not be as simple as scooping up the amount that fits on the plate at every meal. Recommended portion sizes and number of servings per day are different for each food group and sometimes hard to remember. But using visual cues from around the house can be a fun way to help remind the family of how to dish out the amount of food that will be both delicious during the meal and supportive of everyone’s long term nutritional goals.
